BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Adelaide Hills Visitor Information Centre (AHVIC) provides a free booking service to consumers however cancellations of confirmed bookings will attract an AUD $22 (inc. GST) administration fee in addition to the specified cancellation fee of the Service Provider/Operator. 
• When you book using this website you will need to read and agree to the terms and conditions stipulated by the individual tourism Provider/Operator. Please pay particular attention to their cancellation policy. 
• Please be aware that only the number of persons declared at the time of booking can stay in accommodation booked. Providers/Operators do have a right to impose additional fees if extra people stay in the accommodation. 
• We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation/tour operator over booking their property or for any reason beyond our control. 

USE OF TRACKING AND COOKIES

Adelaide Hills Visitor Information Centre (AHVIC) collect anonymous data (not linked to any personal identifying information) about browsing activity on our website to monitor and analyse the performance of this website.  We collect this data relating to activity on our websites (including IP addresses) via cookies. They make a record of your visit and log the following information for statistical purposes – the user’s server address, the user’s top level domain name (e.g .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc.), the date and time of the visit to the site, the pages accessed and documents downloaded, the previous site visited and the type of browser used.
